My in app purchases wont load!

I made an in-app purchase from my iPhone and then tried to restore purchases on my iPad, which is where my kid plays the game. It says I made no previous purchases! And when I try going to App Support, it says the page isnt found. Ridiculous!!!!! Fix this and I could give more stars.
